Before you even place the order your delivery window will be confirmed. Then, once your Chemist2U order is approved and your payment is received, we will confirm your delivery time, and send SMS updates on how your order is progressing.
If you order before the indicated cut-off time displayed after entering your address, you’ll receive your pharmacy delivery that same day.
The general wait time is a few hours. For example, if you order before 10AM you can expect a delivery between 11AM to 3PM the same day. This will save you countless hours in the long run, with no more trips to the chemist just to find out that they don’t have what you need in stock or being stuck in long check out queues.

That’s why we have an online prescriptions and telehealth partner (InstantScripts), so you can get your prescriptions without the hassle of going to the doctor and enduring those long wait times at the doctor’s office. All your prescription medication needs, apart from Schedule 8 medications, can be ordered online and delivered to your door on the same day.

How much does delivery cost?
Orders of $75+, or those that include three or more prescriptions are delivered free of charge.
Otherwise, the standard delivery charge of $9.95 ($7.95 for concession card holders) applies, or $12.95 for over-the-counter product orders less than $30.
As a ‘welcome’ to new customers, first delivery is free regardless of the size of the order. To claim this offer just register using the form at the bottom of the home page.

But if you are not available, you can nominate an adult to receive the delivery, or provide your authority to leave it somewhere safe.
