By submitting your email you are registering to receive updates and offers from Chemist2U. Free Delivery is available to new customers that register to claim this offer and applies to the first order only. Orders shipped via Express Post are excluded from this offer.

A minority of products (inc. Ozempic and Mounjaro) are delivered in an insulated box via Express Post. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery and note that we can not accept paper scripts for Express Post orders.

For other paper script orders a Script Collection and Return fee of $13.95 applies.

For the majority of orders that qualify for same day delivery, cut off times vary by location. Orders received after the cut off are delivered the next business day. Your delivery window will be confirmed in the app or website before you place your order.

Delivery estimates are based on pharmacy business hours. This is subject to Chemist2U’s confirmation of your order and is a guideline only. If an order is confirmed, Chemist2U will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your order to the relevant address by the time stipulated in the app, though we cannot guarantee this. Factors that may change the delivery time include when an order is confirmed and paid (e.g. if it is paid outside of designated delivery or order hours), or any adverse weather, traffic or other events. We will contact you as soon as possible in the event of an unavoidable delay to make alternative arrangements.

You should not rely on Chemist2U’s predicted delivery times or service availability to guarantee access to your health and medical needs. Any medication that is critical to your health or required to be taken on a strict schedule should be ordered well ahead of time, and you should not rely on Chemist2U for urgent deliveries. Chemist2U is a distribution provider and does not sell therapeutic goods.
