Once you've downloaded our online pharmacy app or visited our website, you enter your delivery address and start browsing the various categories of pharmacy medication and other products, adding what you need to your cart. If you require prescription medication delivered, simply upload your eScript, which will be processed by one of our partner pharmacies. Once an eScript has been approved, you'll be notified, and you can then review the order and make final payment. Once your order is placed, your delivery window is confirmed.

eScripts, also known as electronic prescriptions, are a type of prescription that is generated, stored, and transmitted electronically. eScripts are a convenient way to get prescription medicines without having to worry about losing a paper script. They can be easily accessed through your smartphone or email, and are sent to you in the form of a unique QR code (also called a 'token'). Chemist2U can deliver your eScript medications straight from the chemist to you.

Chemist2U accepts eScripts for all types of medication. eScripts offer a faster, more convenient, and secure way to manage your medication. We do not accept paper prescriptions.

Chemist2U is available to every household in Australia. We deliver same day to customers in capital cities and major urban areas, and by Express Post everywhere else.

Delivery is free of charge with orders of $75+, or with orders that include three or more prescriptions. Otherwise, we charge just $9.95 for standard delivery (same day if paid by 10am, or next day), or $13.95 for delivery within 4 hours. In metro areas, Click & Collect from a local pharmacy partner is free. If you're outside our same-day delivery network, you can have your medication shipped to you via Express Post for $9.95.

Yes. New concession card customers can enjoy free delivery with their first order with code FREE2U. Concession card holders also get free delivery with orders of three or more prescription medications (plus access to concession card discounts for their prescription medication).

Chemist2U orders are filled by qualified pharmacists and handled in compliance with strict standards for storage, packing, and transportation, ensuring your medication reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

The Chemist2U app is a great place to keep track of your scripts. By uploading your scripts, they'll be available to you in one place, and we can remind you when it's time to get a refill, or to request a new script from your doctor.
