At Chemist2U, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality healthcare products and excellent service. Our returns policy complies with Australian Consumer Law and Google Merchant Centre requirements. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights to replacement or refund where goods have a problem.
Change of Mind
For weight-loss treatments and other dispensed medicines, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind once dispensed, shipped or opened, for health and safety reasons. (We do not resupply returned medicines.) Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
- Shipping damage/incorrect item received: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if a return is required. This reporting window doesn’t limit your ACL rights for faults discovered later.
- Faulty product: If a product is faulty, contact us as soon as possible.
- Major problem: You choose a refund or replacement.
- Minor problem: We will replace it within a reasonable time.
We handle remedies directly; we may liaise with the manufacturer, but you won’t be required to
Medicines handling
For safety, we may verify issues using photos, batch/lot numbers and packaging details. Where appropriate, we’ll advise safe disposal rather than asking you to return medicines. Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)
Returns process
- Email [email protected] with your order number and issue details (photos where possible).
- We’ll confirm your remedy and provide a prepaid label or pickup if a return is needed.
- Once approved (and any return received, if applicable), we issue refunds within 2 business days; banks may take 5–10 business days to show funds. Google Help

- Our error/faulty goods: Chemist2U covers all return shipping.
- Change-of-mind: Not accepted for dispensed medicines.
