Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: Chemist2U (the Promoter).
  2. 2.Offer: Eligible participants can share their unique referral promo code with a friend. The referred person receives $50 off treatment, and the referrer receives $50 off treatment, each subject to the conditions below.
  3. Offer period: Valid from April 2026  until withdrawn by the Promoter. 
  4. Eligibility — referrer: The referrer must be an active Chemist2U Weight Loss Program participant at the time the referred person commences treatment. Referral codes are unique to the referrer and are not transferable for cash. 
  5. Eligibility — referred person: The referred person is eligible upon first payment, if the promo code is added during sign up (see Payment Details page). The referred person must be a new customer to the Chemist2U Weight Loss Program (not previously commenced treatment under the program), must create an account, and must complete the required online quiz/assessment. The referred person must be deemed clinically suitable before any treatment is prescribed or supplied. 
  6. How to redeem: The referred person must enter the referrer’s promo code during the signup process. If a promo code is not entered correctly at the relevant step, the discounts may not be applied. 
  7. When the discounts apply: Both the referrer and referred discounts are applied only once the referred person commences treatment under the Chemist2U Weight Loss Program. “Commences treatment” means [DEFINE: e.g., first successful payment for treatment / first prescription issued / first order dispatched]. 
  8. Referral limit: Referrers may refer up to 20 people.
  9. Exclusions: The referral offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes, discounts, bundles, or offers unless expressly stated by the Promoter. The Promoter may exclude certain treatment items, fees, delivery charges, consultations, or add-ons; exclusions (if any) will be set out at checkout. 
  10. Cancellations, refunds and failed suitability: If the referred person does not commence treatment, is found not clinically suitable, cancels, or receives a refund before commencement (as defined above), then the referral discounts will not be applied (or may be reversed if already applied in error). 
  11. Misuse and fraud: The Promoter may, at its discretion, suspend or revoke referral discounts where it reasonably suspects misuse, including self-referrals, creating multiple accounts, sharing or publishing codes in a way inconsistent with the spirit of the offer, or any attempt to manipulate the referral process. 
  12. Privacy: Referrers should only share their code with people they know and should not share sensitive health information. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. 
  13. Clinical care: Participation in this offer does not guarantee clinical suitability, prescription, or supply of treatment. All clinical decisions are made by qualified practitioners based on individual circumstances. 
  14. Changes to the offer: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter may vary, suspend or terminate the referral offer at any time. Changes will be effective once published through Chemist2U channels. 
  15. General: The referral discount is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. If any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
