At Chemist2U, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality healthcare products and excellent service. Our returns policy complies with Australian Consumer Law and Google Merchant Centre requirements.
Change of Mind
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on our weight loss treatments once they have been dispensed, shipped, or opened.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement, free of charge.
If your treatment is faulty, we will provide a replacement, free of charge. The faulty product will be returned directly to the Manufacturer.
- Please contact us no later than 2 days of receiving your order to organise your return and so we can guide you on the next steps.
- Provide your order number and, where possible, photographic evidence of the issue.
- Damage (ie superficial damage to packaging) will be returned to the pharmacy. Our Customer Service team will be able to guide you through this and determine best course of action.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected (where applicable). Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
