Telehealth consultation
Having picked the telehealth service that suits your needs and had your consultation, a script may be issued.
Script(s) sent directly to Chemist2U
You will immediately receive an SMS with the option to have your medication delivered by Chemist2U. Or you can take the script to a pharmacy of your choosing.
Delivery
All delivery options, including same-day, are available with hubMed and 13SICK scripts.
Mediflora and Quithub scripts are delivered via Express Post ($9.95).
Delivering Australia-wide, discreetly, to your door.
Premium delivery
Receive your medication within four hours, or choose a later delivery window. (Note: for non-prescription orders less than $30, Premium Delivery is $15.95)
Standard delivery
Same day delivery if order paid prior to 10am, otherwise next day. (Note: for non-prescription orders less than $30, Standard Delivery is $11.95)
Express Post
For customers outside our same day delivery locations, Express Post takes 1-3 business days. (+$5 if Remote)
Express Post – temperature controlled
A minority of medications must be shipped in an insulated box with a cold pack inside. (+$5 if Remote)
