With a growing pipeline of Home Medicines Reviews referrals from partner GPs, Chemist2U is seeking HMR-accredited pharmacists to meet this demand.

What will I be doing?

You will join Chemist2U as a contractor and be supported by a dedicated Chemist2U team.

Specifically, you will…

• Book home visit appointments with patients

• Complete prescreening questionnaires

• Conduct thorough HMRs

• Write comprehensive HMR reports for the referring GP.

Successful applicants will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Previous experience conducting HMRs in the community

• Full working rights in Australia

• AHPRA registration and professional liability/public indemnity insurance

• AACP Accreditation/HMR accreditation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently while fostering strong relationships with Chemist2U support team.
