There is no out-of-pocket cost if you are not issued a script. The consultation is bulk-billed.
What's included in my product order?
Your box includes treatment, delivery, dispensing, planner, instruction guide and swabs.
How soon will my product arrive?
Treatment delivery times vary:
- Standard deliveries are made same-day, or next-day, subject to when they are paid for. Orders paid prior to 10am are delivered same-day. Orders paid after that are delivered next day.
- If you are located outside of our delivery network, you will receive your order by Express Post in 1-3 business days.
- We also offer Click & Collect (from a local pharmacy) in metro and major urban areas.
